CMA Direct supports your existing marketing efforts. Prior to starting on an apartment community,CMA Direct analyzes the marketing currently underway by shopping the competition. After this initial stage, CMA Direct makes recommendations based upon past success's,what is currently being done in the market, and the clients budget.
 
 
How Long Will It Take To Reach Our Occupancy Goals?
Typically, it takes 45-90 days to achieve desired occupancy goals. This projection is based upon previous success's and varies upon vacancy rates and numbers traffic prior to CMA's Direct arrival.
What Are CMA Directs Start-Up Costs?
CMA Direct requests airfare, transportation and a per day charge for each leasing specialist throughout the duration of the contract.Tthe leasing specialist also lives on-site so he/she is readily available to show prospects. Living on-site also enables the leasing specialist to become familiar with the community more quickly.
What Is CMA Directs Fee Structure For A Lease-Up?
CMA Direct will charge 100% of the monthly rent for each apartment rented.
If A Locator Send A Prospect, Do I Pay Both Services?
If a fee is paid to a locator service, 100% of the monthly rent, minus the amount paid to the locator service, is due to CMA Direct.
